Cancellation or Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will generally not be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Cancellation

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

A 100% no-show fee may apply.

If you arrive late, your appointment may still end at the originally scheduled time so that we can accommodate the next client.

The full service fee may still apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to treat the appointment as a cancellation or no-show depending on the circumstances.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen.

Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

For clients using a prepaid package, a late cancellation or no-show may result in the applicable session being deducted from the package.
