Your therapist may modify, shorten, postpone, or decline a treatment when reasonably necessary for safety or professional reasons.
If a condition appears to require medical assessment, you may be advised to consult an appropriate healthcare professional before or instead of receiving treatment.
4. Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability.
By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to follow our Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
5. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept the payment methods made available by Form & Flow Bodywork Inc.
Prices may change from time to time. The applicable price will be communicated or displayed at the time of booking or purchase.
6. Packages
Prepaid packages may be subject to specific terms, including expiry dates, transfer restrictions, and cancellation policies.

7. Client Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful environment.
Harassment, discrimination, inappropriate sexual behaviour, threatening behaviour, or other inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
Form & Flow Bodywork Inc. reserves the right to end a treatment or refuse future services when necessary to maintain a safe and professional environment.
