Refund Policy

Form & Flow Bodywork Inc. aims to provide high-quality massage therapy and wellness services.
1. Services
Because massage therapy services are provided at the time of the scheduled appointment, completed services are generally non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can discuss the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
2. Prepaid Packages
Prepaid massage packages are generally non-refundable after the first session has been used.
Unused packages may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of Form & Flow Bodywork Inc., subject to applicable law and the specific package terms provided at the time of purchase.
Any refund may be adjusted to account for sessions already used at the applicable individual service rate.
3. Gift Cards
Gift cards are generally non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
Gift cards may not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged unless otherwise required by law.
4. Retail Products
Unused and unopened retail products may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
Opened or used products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and health considerations, except where required by applicable law.
5. Payment Errors
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the transaction and correct verified payment errors.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
7. Cancellation Fees
Cancellation and no-show fees are governed by our separate Cancellation & No-Show Policy and are generally not refundable once properly charged.
